Lake Country Human Resource Association Board Meeting Minutes

Minutes of the February 10, 2005 board meeting were reviewed.

The programming for the next two chapter meetings was reviewed. Topics will be:

May 12 Meeting: 3 member spotlight
WORKPLACE INVESTIGATIONS Attorney John Mack

This speaker is approved for PHR CEU’s.

July 14 Meeting: Group Discussion Icebreakers, 2 member spotlight, miscellaneous scenario discussion

Our plans have changed a bit from the last minutes and we will be starting our “Member Spotlight” in the month of May. It will be the people who are up for elections:
Sharlo Meyer
Chris Kotchevar
Nancy Belka

We will be holding elections at the May meeting for the following board positions:
President Elect
2 At Large Positions-1 two year term and 1 one year term

Sharlo and Natasha will be attending the “State Leadership Conference”. This will be held May 22 & 23.

Our July 14 meeting will be held from 3-4:30pm at the Holiday Inn in Detroit Lakes. We thought it would be nice to break out of the box for a while. If the location should need to change we will inform you by e-mail. At this time we will go over a couple of different scenarios and hold a discussion on the topic. We hope you are all able to make it.

The next meeting will be on June 9, 2005 8-9 a.m., Sunflower Hill Coffee Shop in the Detroit Lakes Washington Square Mall.
