Minutes of the board meeting were reviewed and approved.

Upcoming Programming was discussed.

December – Round Table on unions - Bob Halagan, an attorney in Buffalo, MN will facilitate

January – Employee Retention with a speaker from The Village

February – Hiring Assessment presented by Jill Berg

March – ? Kellie regarding her experience in China

April – Conference

Other ideas: Roger from DEED regarding how to discharge and the shared work program

Financials were approved as distributed.

The April Conference committee will meet following the group meeting. The conference is scheduled for Thursday, April 22, 2010 at the Holiday Inn in Detroit Lakes, MN and will run from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The next board meeting is scheduled for Thursday, December 10^th after the Chapter meeting and Conference Planning meeting.
