Mary Beth Caulfield is working with Aaron from SJ who is updating the LCHRA website at a cost of $100 per hour.  SJ may be able to have him do some of the work on company time.   The monthly cost for ACS to host the LCHRA website is $20.00 however ACS has agreed to pay half that fee so the cost will be $10 per month.

LCHRA has had some issues with getting certification for the group meetings from SHRM.  Teresa Johnson is going to inform Lori our State Representative about this issue.

CAPS has been submitted to SHRM.  For 2010 this has been changed to SHAPE.

Discussion was held on changing the terms of the board members to the calendar year.  Kellie is going to check and see what we need to do to get this change made.  In May, the board will review the bi-laws.

Discussion was also held about sending out a survey to members about meeting scheduling and programming.  Kellie is going to draft a survey and send it out to board members for review.

The next board meeting is scheduled for Thursday, March 11th after the Chapter meeting and Conference Planning meeting.
