2006 Survey

This is a special invitation to participate in the 2006 Lake Country Human Resource Association Compensation and Benefits Survey.  This is a great opportunity to assess the wages and benefits of your company to those of the local businesses in the lake country area.  Your involvement in the survey can make a difference.

All survey data will be kept confidential.  The reports will not disclose the identity of any respondents.  Information about specific companies will not be released in any form.

Instructions for participation in the 2006 LCHRA Compensation and Benefits Survey:

1. There are 2 methods for completing the survey.
   
           Excel files are attached that can be filled out and e-mailed back to sharlomeyer@team-ind.com.
   
           There are also PDF files attached that can be printed out and the hard copy can be mailed to:

2. Review the list of positions in the Job Titles and Data Input Form.  Review the position descriptions in the Survey Position Descriptions form.
   
   
3. Retrieve a current company payroll report. (For companies with more than one location, use local data only.
   
   
4. Open the data input form and enter the Minimum wage/salary range for each position relevant to your organization, Maximum wage/salary range for each position and the actual Average wage/salary of current employee(s) for each position.
   
   
5. Open the Benefits Survey Data Form.  Fill in the relevant information and your company name and contact on the form.
   
   
6. Make a copy of the Data Forms for your records.
   
   DEADLINE for completing survey:  Friday, September 15, 2006.
   
   
7. The survey results will be available mid November 2006.  Invoices will be sent out to non-LCHRA members.
   
   Cost of survey as follows:
   Participating LCHRA members:  FREE
   Non-participating LCHRA members:  $25.00
   Participating, non-LCHRA members $25.00
   Non-participating, non-LCHRA members $50.00
